Equipment/Facility SCH Kids in Nigeria. Empower

TIMEOUT4AFRICA SCHOOL/SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMME HELD IN JOS,PLATEAU STATE,NIGERIA, AT THE ZAMBIRI CHILDREN OUTREACHED CENTRE ON THE 14TH OCTOBER 2016.

Time Out 4Africa Education and sports foundation continues to impact children in all parts of the county. Providing kids with support on learning life skills that will help them once they finish school.The Zambiri children outreach center is home to underprivileged kids from the Jos metropolitan area in the northern part of Nigeria,where in the last few years has been a hot spot in the country for the religious unrest .Here our foundation through your donation was able to donated 4 sewing  machines to the center and also 6 Barbering kits to help the kids in acquiring sewing skills and training to become Barbers .Kids in the center were from all ages ,ranging from ages 5 till 17.Over 30 kids were present for the program.

 We want to send a special Thank you to Mrs.Briggs for facilitating this program. She said Mrs Kwashi the coordinator at the center expressed her  thanks to the foundation for the help and the donor also for there support of the foundation work in Nigeria.

Helen who is an 15 year old Orpan in her junior year in secondary school and now lives with the Bishops wife was very greatfull for the gifts and express to us that now she can pursue her passion for fashion design .She has enrolled in the sewing classes.

Hello Timeout4Africa family, Is great to be back again giving you a report from one of our projects in Nigeria.Its the 2nd edition of the poster child notebook project and a quick check on the donated school furniture.

Another great day at ECWA Goodnews . We are very exited to continue our partnership with ECWA school.The  100 donated chair and tables are holding up well and the students are making good use of all the school supplies provided to them.Over 200 kids have benefited from having these  furniture .

We are also glad to hear that our 2nd set of "Poster notebooks" has arrived and have been distributed to over 200 kids.This is where kids pictures are choosing at random to appear on  notebook covers .  Isaac  ( One of the poster kids )is showing great inprovement in his school work .His parents say he is always looking forward to going to school where he has become a instant celebrity .

Timeout4Africa Foundation is very great full  for all the support we,ve receive from our donor .We won't be able to do this much without your donations.As it is now back to school time here in the United States ,we will be out getting school supplies for our Education and basketball week in Minna for Novermber 2016.
