With an effort to promote community development; Kole Intellectual Forum is looking at Community development as an holistic approach and an organized effort initiated to assist a group of people in a community to lead a better lifestyle. As the term suggests according to them, it is the combination of community with a development that aims to enhance people’s living standards in a community. In this, and a number of engagement that the organization is committing its people; that people started to have faith in what the organization is telling them in that working together can make a difference in making the community development programme successful.
With that in place, the organization is saying Community development involves the principles of sustainable development, empowerment, inclusivity, social justice, human rights, participative democracy, and equality; although in the approach, the organization is tackling the one after the other. A case in question is the promotion of tradition within the community that the team of Kole had and has always be promoting
