Light, Vision & Dream can light the world when properly implemented is the determination of Kole Intellectual Forum in its service provision.

Physicists have studied light for many years, fascinated by its dual nature. Photons of light behave like streams of particles in some circumstances and like waves in others according to them. In diffraction experiment, light appears to be a wave. When light is used to bombard certain materials, it appears to be composed of particles. However, the German physicist Max Planck developed a theory in the early 1900s that “helped explain how tiny particles, such as photons, behave like waves. His theory . . . helped scientists accept the idea that light behaves like both particles and waves” (World Book Encyclopedia, 1974 ed., “The Nature of Light,” s.v. “Light”).

Another form of light not studied by physicists is the dimension of light, vision and dream. At Brigham Young University of which they had a privileged to know about it, access it, and benefit from a more refined light that emanates from perspective of love. It, too, is the source of life—internal & eternal life. This light, the Light of love, is the source of truth that can be progressing among men to men, individual to others, indeed it is a hidden fact that is hard to see or believe in it.

Time and again Kole Intellectual Forum had been hurting for this truth; a stream of particles in which under certain circumstances behave like waves; and all these were/are embedded in the vision, mission and focus of Kole Intellectual Forum.

The organization vision is to be among the world best development partners; whereas the mission is to conduct action research through modern telecommunication system and by focus to promote quality education that is through community integration program.

Kole Intellectual Forum is grateful to report to you that: it is now moving towards its vision; because of:

Making a right investment, donors, beneficiaries, and NPO

Over a period of not less than five years of existence of Kole Intellectual Forum; after the organization the organization was formally registered in 2016 by Kole District Local Government of Uganda; the organization (the NPO), has been interfacing with donors, beneficiaries, community and Kole District Local Government officials at various levels and capacities to see that the investments that they for from the donors are implemented accordingly.
