Orientation week: A week of reorganization

Like any other organization, or Institution, that are categorize by the presence of Human Resources; the week of joining such place is always leveled by a number of confusion and not knowing of what do. Everyone would be new, not aware of the timetable, the environment of the place including the the partners he or she would be living with at the place.
Kole Intellectual Forum that has been in the system for many years is very aware of such situations and this week is very busy orienting the students iin all forms of life.
The students of both a Girl child Empowerment and the of Real Families Project. The have allocated this week for orientation.

Stakeholders verified the organizational activity
The management of Kole Intellectual Forum is not in isolation; but it is taken up into various form, in terms partnership to community control organization, as well as that of the community based to the basic decisions to design the programs and activities of the organization by the community.
In other form, they also look at the management of the organization in term of organizational structure that runs up from the bottom to the top management. There is the supreme body, to directors to the executive wing and financial managers, to the community based wing.
The activities of the organization at one point is driven by research that is always informing the organization of any step to be taken.

Students: Institute reporting date has arrived

The long waited day for the students of Kole Intellectual Forum under the projects of both of: Empower a Girl child for self-reliance and of course, for real families project has finally arrived, to fay 25/02/2025.
Both groups of students have arrived at the Institute at the greatest percentage. The real families project reported 100% and the Girl Child Empowered came up to 70% and the balance is expected to come on the next day.
At the Institute, both sections pf students will be tought with the knowledge of home economics; however, the real difference is that: those of the real families project will be engaged in the real and practical skills of life; because they are the house wives of the community surrounding the Institute of Home Economics and they are being assumed to develop the practical skills on how to manage their households with the knowledge they will be getting from the Institute.
Whereas the sude of the A Girl Child Empowerment, is intended to prepare a girl child for the future use of knowledge of Home Economics.
