A meeting for a purpose
Every beginning of the term: Kole Intellectual Forum enures that, it brings all the staff, students and some vailable administrators together purposely to share ideas, make decisions, build team relationships, and create a situation of feel less lonely at work so that they can move the Institute forward.
In that: the staff and students can be able to provide updates, deliver announcements, solicit feedback, share information, and participate in a team work environment.
Staff and students including the administrators also had the moment to review the progress and challenges the project is facing and ensures to align the team members to the areas of strength and weaknesses with the hope of coming up with the best result this forthcoming ter
