Having learnt that: physical exercise is a crucial thing that generally contribute towards one’s health and it makes you physically active, improves on your brain health, helps in managing weight, reduces risk that comes from diseases, strengthens bones and muscles, and also improves on your ability to do everyday activities.
In order to live life healthily at the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum, with support from GlobalGiving, physical exercise is made compulsary to help the students to exercise for mental and physical developmen as it is expected to play a roll in their overall growth and maintain a balance between work, rest and activities.

Report on the second Graduation Ceremony
In this report, we are giving the details of what transpired in the second graduation ceremony of Institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum; it was a jubilant day and atmosphere was conducive.
In that very particular day, like the previous years; Kole has principally designed a quality campaign focus on education. They advocating for quality sustainable and potential education in its area of operation. Of course, canon in the graduation of its all is the principle of giving the children that had undergone the training to their parents; secondly, is giving them the start-up kit that included giving each one of them a sewing machine so that they can go and start up their own businesses; another key and equally import thing is the awarding them the certificate of completion of the course of Home Economics
All these activities were done in the present of the Government officials and the community and the parents of the students.

Community engagement for a better outcome
Community Engagement: for a better outcome for communities. In order to empower and integrate people from different backgrounds including those that feel they are ignored within the community that Kole Intellectual Forum operates; Kole Intellectual Forum after passing out its students on the 23rd day of November, 2023; the organization has embarked on building up a serious working relationship between public bodies.
The purpose of this community engagement is to involve them in respectful dialogue that is aimed at improving their understandings and stimulate them to take joint action next year 2024 to achieve positive change with Kole Intellectual Forum; and because, next year, the organization intend to generate better democratic participation, better services and better outcomes for its communities.
