To introduce the newly recruited employees to the institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum to their job roles, work areas, and work environments including introducing them to the organizational policies; the management of the organization organized for this orientation on the 4/11/2020
This includes knowing about the organization culture, work areas, and how they can work with their coworkers. They were also mandated to ask questions and learn as much as they could about various aspects of the organization.
Through this orientation also, the management of the organization hope that: the new employees will start up the work well in this new institute; and they are expected to be skeptical about asking for anything for their interest, or grow confident in the organization, and provide the necessary tools which can make the institute to move
