Dearly, Kole Intellectual Forum’s plan of action for the 10 girls studying at their Institute of Home Economics is to seek for a strengthen universal peace in larger freedom; so that, as they have already launched a serious campaign of togetherness (Collective Responsibility) with others to eradicating poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including extreme poverty across the globe and replace it with sustainable peace; especially, on the girl child issues those still remain the greatest global challenge and an indispensable requirement for sustainable development; that is, lacking in many places including at the post war area of Northern Uganda; where there is that an urgent need for organizing tools of all kinds to address it within the region in the soonest time possible.

With that as a matter of concern, The administrators of Kole Intellectual Forum in its staff meeting held on the 4 /11/2020 at their Headquarter at Aboke Town Council in Uganda; called for the attention of members of Board, employees, project Leaders, supporters, and the recruited fundraisers as well as well-wishers to work with them in collaborative partnership to see that: the plan that is ongoing to invest in 10 girls to fight their rights and COVID-19 should take a serious take off in the early day of 2021; and they called upon their team to stand up vigilantly in ensuring that: they endeavor to raise the expected $30,000 during #GivingTuesday December 1, 2020 and in the Year End campaign that will follow up to December31, 2020

With that: The organization is determined to take the bold and transformative steps which are urgently needed through their program of home Economics to shift the world onto a sustainable development and resilient path; beginning with these 10 girls by using CCTV camera to help them among others monitor their behaviors and enable them to control any risk that can hinder their security towards the intended progressive plan.

Confidence: a Stronghold to Determinations, a roadmap to 10 Girls’ empowerment in Uganda & a way through their successes – Kole Intellectual Forum (2020)

Through the invitation of the Project Leader of Kole Intellectual Forum to the in charge education system of World Vision Kole/Oyam cluster, an International NGO working in Kole District, Northern Uganda; as an ideal way of sharing ideas with other personalities from different nonprofit organizations; taking into account that: the nonprofit organizations believe that, transforming of society or supplementing government’s programs by NGOs’ world comes from different development partners in  different perspectives; meaning that, nonprofit organizations are partners in development that need to share ideas; hence, it on this ground that, Kole Intellectual Forum observed in their meeting of orientation on .. that: the organization needs a broader thinking and a wider reasoning that can impact a strong confident to the beneficiaries, community and the proprietors of the intended project.

To Kole Intellectual Forum, confidence is built when the organization does it things well; monitors its progress; does the right thing; implements the activities according to its mission; remains fearless to all the challenges; accounts to its mission; remains close to progressive evaluation; and keeps its eye on its vision while using the donations receive appropriately.

This was therefore called for, and when the visitor of World Vision was engaged in to this topic, “CONFIDENCE”, he revealed that:  World Vision, the organization he works for, is being recognized as an International NGO after so many years of existence because when he joined it; he found out that, the organization is confident to itself because they are sure of themselves and what they do, they do it at right time, place & willingly with confidence. what he called upon the leaders of Kole Intellectual to emulate.

He further delivered that: if these girls are to be successful under the project of Kole Intellectual Forum, they need to Double their Confidence and their Esteem; break the Habit of Self-Doubt & Build Real Confidence; need to remain positive beings, and be aware of their potentials; and he concluded by giving 17 counter books to the students and staff, 2 balls and one set of sport uniform to be picked within this week 18/11/2020 to next week 27/11/2020 from their offices at Aboke Sub-County Headquarters.
