Building Human capital through tests
To realize a positive outcome out of the formation of human capital at Kole Intellectual Forum’ institute of Home of Economics; the management has directed the instructors in this midterm of term II to be organizing alternative tests of practical and theories every fortnight to ensure that their students meet the standard of Uganda Directorate of Industrial Training that they are expected to set for it in November, 2025
When they would be awarded with the certificate of Industrial Training; the award will be equivalent to a specific level within the Uganda Vocational Qualifications Framework (UVQF). The specific level (1, 2, 3, or 4) depends on the complexity of the skills demonstrated and the level of supervision required. Level 1 indicates performance under supervision, while Level 4 indicates technician-level skills.
The interest of level 4 is what Kole Intellectual Forum intends to acquire.

Real Healthy Project: A theory of change
By George Obua | Project Leader
Real Healthy Project: A theory of change
Kole Intellectual Forum has developed and is applying theory of change, a tool with a well-structured framework that explains how and why a program, a project, or their intervention at the young families level or to the empowerment of young ladies is expected to achieve its desired outcomes; based on an essential roadmap that outlines the steps, activities, and underlying assumptions that connect inputs to long-term impacts. By clarifying these causal pathways, a theory of change is expected to help them (the team of Kole Intellectual Forum) in planning, implementation, and evaluation the outcome of the intervention
The concept was developed on the basis of a theory of change that typically started by defining the desired long-term outcomes those are expected to direct the beneficiaries to having a real healthy families now and those ones of the nearby future, which would have be economically viable and they would be able to meet the basic families’ matters and then of course the idea is being handled backward by identifying the necessary preconditions and activities.
The organization at the moment mapping it out through causal pathways, showing how each step is expected to contribute to the next and ultimately to the desired impact
