Exposing students into official language
The students who are undergoing the training of Home Economics at Kole Intellectual Forum is greatly expected to be placed in the viable possible opportunities; and this mission can only be full filled if the students are impacted with little knowledge of Uganda official language; that is English; hence, because of that, Kole Intellectual Forum is making it to the point that: learning the basic knowledge of an official language, even at a rudimentary level, offers numerous benefits to their students when they get of their school; because, it enhances communication, fosters cultural understanding, and opens doors to various opportunities. For example, it can improve travel experiences, expand career prospects, and broaden access to diverse perspectives and information.
When the students are passed out, Basic knowledge of an official language allows them to have a clearer communication with native speakers, facilitating interactions in various settings like travel, business, or social events.

Deriving knowledge about Home Management from different groups of people
In order to come up with a proper skilling of the students at Kole Intellectual Forum with the knowledge of Home management under the course unit of Home Economics though at their Institute of Home Economics, since it involves various tasks, from daily routines and cleaning to budgeting and home maintenance; Kole is drawing knowledge from also separate groups differently at one point and also at the same time combining them at certain point so as it gives one group liberty to exhaustively discuss it all to the dot and the other also do the same before bringing them together for a real debate.
From the single sex, there was a male youth group conference that was organized by Kole Intellectual Forum to derive points on how homestead can be managed properly and the following points were reached at: those are expected to be of use to the proper management of any given any homestead. They suggested that, the home managers should:
- Create a System: that is, to develop a system for organizing all aspects of their home, including cleaning, laundry, meal planning, and budgeting.
- Set Goals that define specific goals for his/her home management, such as organizing things in a room or improving a certain area.
- Prioritize Tasks by identifying daily, weekly, and monthly chores and prioritize them based on importance and urgency.
- Utilize Lists: also by using lists for everything, including grocery shopping, to-do lists, and task assignments.
