KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum): Conducts an individual testing of Students
The purpose of conducting an individual testing in their vocational institute – Kole Intellectual Forum, is meant to assess student’s specific aptitudes, skills, interests, and personal traits to match them with suitable career paths and ensure they meet industry competency standards. This process in the view of the institute supports career guidance, facilitates skill development, and helps individuals make informed decisions about their professional future.
Key purposes of individual testing at KIFA include:
- Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses: Assessments help pinpoint a person's existing skills and areas where they might need more training, allows them to make creations on an individualized learning processes or development plan.
- Career Exploration and Guidance: Testing helps individuals explore various career options that align with their specific abilities and interests, providing clarity and reducing uncertainty about future job choices.
- Measuring Competency: In KIFA’s setting, testing is used to gather evidence that a learner has acquired in her necessary skills and knowledge to perform job-related tasks to the required industry standards.
- Informing Training and Instruction: Results from initial and ongoing assessments are helping instructors to adapt their teaching strategies and provide targeted support to meet the students' identified needs.
- Developing KIFA’s Profile: The collected information is used to build a comprehensive profile that details the individual's attributes, which serves as a record for communication between the student, family, school, and potential employers.

- Meeting Regulatory Requirements and Certification: Successful completion of assessments, especially final (summative) exams those are always done at the Institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual forum, is often required for certification, licensing, or to demonstrate to employers that a graduate is job-ready

Music are used for empowerment at KIFA
At Kole Intellectual Forum, Girl's child empowerment in one way being conducted through music; a one way of using music for self-expression and skill-building, creating awareness and changing harmful norms, and promoting leadership and equal opportunities. This has been done at KIFA’s Institute through workshops for music production and performance, large-scale festivals that combine mentorship with enter Self-expression and skill-building
How it is expressed are through,
- Creative outlets: they believe, music and dance provide a way for girls to express themselves creatively, which helps them to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Practical skills: at the workshops, they teach the girls to be valuably skillful at music production, lyric writing, and performance, which can lead them to future career opportunities in the audio industry.
- Cognitive and physical development: Learning music and movement improves coordination, balance, and cognitive skills, such as pattern recognition and understanding new words.
Awareness and social change
- Challenging harmful norms: Music with positive messages can be used to combat harmful social norms and promote gender equality, as artists act as role models to influence popular culture.
- Raising awareness: Events like the Brave Girls Festival use a blend of music, mentorship, and advocacy to promote courage, equality, and self-expression among girls.
- Public health education: Music can be used as a tool to deliver important messages, such as those related to menstrual hygiene or other health issues, making the information more accessible and engaging

Academic year 2025: Preparation, Graduation, Under

Academic year 2025: Preparation, Graduation, Underway.
To Kole Intellectual Forum, this means the process of getting ready for the graduation ceremony has begun and both the parents and the Institute of Home Economics, including the students are taking up a very active commitments towards it. The day is scheduled to take place on the December 10, 2025.
The various tasks that these stakeholders are taking part in, include ordering graduation attire, confirming check-in details, arranging photography, and planning the logistics of the day for both the graduate and their guests.
For students
- Attire: Ordering or purchasing academic regalia (cap, gown, and hood) and planning an outfit to wear underneath are already done.
- Logistics: the date, time, and location of the ceremony, are fixed
- Photography: Booking or arranging for graduation photos, with the official institution photographer are made
- Rehearsal: Kole Intellectual Forum is making an ongoing rehearsal to make their students understand the process, including how to walk across the stage and receive their certificate.
For the institution
- Ceremony planning: they have already set the date and secured the venue, which
- Logistics: they have ensured safety and accessibility, including clear emergency exits and accommodations for guests with disabilities.
- Communication: Providing detailed information to students and their families about parking, arrival times, dress code, and other important details.
- Staffing: Ensuring that faculty and staff are prepared for their roles on the day of the ceremony.
