Vegetable farming for poor women of 10 rural areas

Our women vegetable club is successfully growing and helping to change the socio-sconomic condition of the rural women in Punjab Province. During the last quarter, 6 women groups have farmed, corriander, bitter gourd, turnips, peas, raddish and eggplants, which are a high sellers during summers and autumn. The first cycle has given them quite a good profit and they are ready to sell the second cycle. AWARD is paying regular monitoring visits to the women and encouraging them to keep their spirits high.
