Project Supporters,
More girls are getting their education and the support they need to become future leaders in Africa, thanks to YOU! Our girls' clubs known as Gyal Pekin for Betteh Clubs (Young Girls must grow and fulfill their dreams) provide the interface needed to relate with these girls and work alongside their parents especially as support groups to facilitate the process of helping them realize their dreams.
The first Gyal Pekin for Betteh Club was recently opened in Kamawornie village. The aim of this club is to prepare these girls to face the challenges of life and help them make informed decisions and choices. During the club’s first meeting, the girls were provided with sanitary pads, notebooks, and pens, thanks in part to your support.
Your support is profoundly changing not only the individual girls' lives but also the entire nation.
If you are not yet a recurring donor, we warmly invite you to consider setting up a recurring donation. Even a few dollars a month will go a long way. Consistent support is the key as this is the best way to ensure ongoing impact.
Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this worthy, ongoing project.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.
With great appreciation,
Amy and the Develop Africa team
