Work Is Progressing On The New Water System.
By Matthew Aidoo | Projects Coordinator
We have progressed in the last three months to ensure that work on the water system under construction at Agona is on course and complete as soon as possible. So far the concrete platform has been completed, the water tank and the submersible electric water pump has also been procured. We are presently working hard to mount the water tank with the necessary water filters to complete the water system.
Presently the project beneficiary communities are eager to see the work is completed on the new water system and water is flowing for them to have access to clean water. We are therefore still appealing to you all for your continue support and donations to enable us complete the ongoing work on the water system and start new ones.

We have worked hard in the past three months to complete the water system at New Tufoi. Donations received from some of our friends in the last few months have helped us to procure an electric pump and a water tank to complete work on the water system for the community. The new water system is being provided to communities with electricity. New Tufoi, which has a population of about 300 people are now happy to access clean water. Women and children of the community believe the water system would impact positively in their day to day live. We are still working hard to also complete work on Praso Twansukoda community by installing an electric pump and water tank to complete it. We have as well started to drill two new boreholes for communities at Agona Mapong and Agona Besiase. We therefore need your continue support and donations to make clean water accessible to our target communities.
We were lucky to have a GlobalGiving team member to visit our project in May 2017. The team member who spent two days in Twifu helped us to understand many things on the GlobalGiving especially on what to do to gain the Superstar status. We are very grateful to her.
