Don't Panic, It's natural production!

Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is a native and local organization in Bangladesh that is working for 9 thematic area and among them one part is livelihoods where as tried to improve the living condition by practicing local knowledge and habits. Rearing of duck and Sheep is an easy task for the local women because they got this knowledge from their born.

For this mission, BEDS develop a community-based cooperative that is function/ run by the local coastal women namely BANOJIBI where they are rearing sheep and duct that is increasing day by day through breeding. Cooperative members conduct their business by this element and earing a amount that are shared among all of the members of cooperatives.  It’s a long lasting  income generating for the local women.

BEDS is currently trying to raise funds from GlobalGiving platform in order to help those marginal people in the way of income generation for their better future with better economic conditions. We also hope that through taking support from various corners they will be able to use their products for earning their sound livelihood.
