Indonesia’s forests are at a critical turning point. Years of land degradation, unsustainable land use, and economic pressure have left many forest landscapes vulnerable. When forests disappear, water systems weaken, biodiversity declines, and rural livelihoods suffer. The cost of inaction is too high—and the window to respond is narrowing.
But change is possible.
Through community-led agroforestry, Liberica coffee cultivation under shade trees, integrated livestock systems, and designated conservation zones, degraded lands are being transformed into resilient and productive ecosystems. Farmers restore tree cover while strengthening their incomes. Organic fertilizer replaces costly chemical inputs. Conservation areas protect biodiversity and vital water sources.
This is not only about planting trees—it is about rebuilding ecosystems and empowering communities to protect them for the long term.
Act now for Indonesia’s forests.
Support community-based restoration.
Protect biodiversity. Strengthen livelihoods. Secure the future.
Because when we act today, forests can thrive tomorrow.
